LINDA ANDERSON

I have always worked from landscape taking inspiration from local surroundings and
places I have visited using photos, notes and sketches. I don’t want to recreate the photos
but find a different way of representing what I see. Vast atmospheric spaces interest me as
well as intimate, close up studies of rocks and rock pools.
I have exhibited widely since gaining my degree and my work has been in many London
Art Fairs as well as Open Competitions and Galleries in London, Oxfordshire,
Hertfordshire and Essex.
I have work in private collections nationwide and in Australia, America and Canada.
I was an elected fellow of The Digswell Arts Trust from 2002 to 2007
